Marcus, a seasoned entrepreneur and CPA, graduated from Western Illinois University and later earned his MBA from ASU's W.P. Carey School of Business. His career, spanning over two decades, began at Arthur Andersen in Chicago, leading to a partnership at Accenture where he played a pivotal role in government services and international gaming practices. In 1997, Marcus founded TB Consulting, LLC, a Phoenix-based Microsoft Partner firm excelling in business IT solutions for mid-sized organizations. After selling and then successfully re-establishing TBC due to client demand, he also founded Blindside, a business advisory firm. His innovative leadership in business and technology earned him the WIU Alumni Achievement Award and a role in various advisory councils and charitable organizations.

With over a decade of expertise in software architecture and a special focus on full-stack software consulting, Mark stands as a seasoned Director of Generative AI and Software Development. Beginning his journey in software development at the age of 12, Mark has cultivated a deep-rooted passion for technology, leading to a career marked by numerous successful projects and high customer satisfaction. Renowned for delivering inventive and cost-effective solutions, Mark excels not only in peak performance but also as a trusted tech partner.
